Data Collected
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us through: • application form • WhatsApp messages and emails • video messages • private client area • contact requests Data may include: first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, family composition, information relevant for matching assessment.
Purpose of Processing
Data is used exclusively for: • evaluating the application and family/puppy matching • managing the customer relationship • providing support and assistance • fulfilling legal and health obligations • service communications related to the selected puppy
Legal Basis
Processing is based on the data subject's explicit consent, the performance of a contract, and applicable legal obligations (Swiss LPD and European GDPR).
Retention
Data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and, in any case, not beyond the terms provided by current legislation. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 12 months.
Data Sharing
Data is never sold to third parties. It may only be shared with: • verified partner breeders (only data strictly necessary for matching) • specialised couriers for delivery • competent authorities if required by law
