We don't show them to just anyone. To even see our puppies, you go through a first selection filter: a short request, an application, a conversation. Send your request
You fill in the form with your details, your living situation and your interests. Our team gets back to you personally within 48 hours.

Personal consultation & getting to know each other
We learn about your situation, your daily life and your wishes, so we can find out together which puppy truly fits your family. After evaluating your request, we send you the access credentials to the private area with our available puppies.

Choosing the puppy
You get access to our available puppies and choose, together with our team, the puppy that's right for you. We guide you honestly, transparently and without pressure through this important decision.

Video call
Meet your puppy in its real environment — via WhatsApp video call with our team. This way you experience its behaviour, character and interaction authentically and build a real connection.

Booking & preparation
Once the right match between puppy and family is found, we prepare the contract with all of the puppy's documentary data for review and signature. At the same time, our trusted veterinarian thoroughly re-checks every measure already carried out — vaccinations, microchip and health checks — and professionally prepares all EU/CH import documents. We also support you in preparing for the puppy's arrival — with key information, behavioural tips and recommendations for the first days together.

Safe personal handover
The puppy is brought safely and in an organised way as close as possible to the Swiss border and handed over to you personally. If a personal collection isn't possible, we organise an individual and safe handover solution together.

Ongoing support
Even after the handover, we stay by your side. We continue to support you with advice, trusted veterinarians, dog trainers and the PUPPIFY Community. Anyone who becomes part of our family is never left alone — we are always here for you.
