These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.puppify.ch as well as the services and products offered by PUPPIFY. By using the website, the user agrees to these terms.
2. Services
PUPPIFY supports families in the responsible selection of a suitable puppy and works with verified European breeders and partners. Services offered include in particular: • Consulting and accompaniment of families • Connecting families with verified breeders • Support with documentation and formalities • Coordination of health and import documents • Personal accompaniment before and after welcoming the puppy • Sale of dog and puppy food • Distribution of dietary supplements for dogs • Sale of accessories, care products and articles
3. Requests and matching
Submitting a request or application does not entitle the user to any matching, reservation or conclusion of a contract. PUPPIFY reviews each request individually in order to best take into account the family's needs and the suitability of the puppy.
4. Puppies and documentation
Puppies accompanied through the PUPPIFY network are handed over in accordance with the applicable legal provisions of the country of origin and the applicable European and Swiss regulations. Depending on origin and individual circumstances, the following documents may in particular be provided: • Microchip • EU pet passport • Vaccination certificates • Health certificates • Veterinary documentation • Import documents for Switzerland The legal requirements in force at the time of handover are always decisive.
5. Prices and payment terms
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. The prices communicated at the time of ordering, reservation or contract signing apply.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PUPPIFY is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from decisions made on the basis of the information provided. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website is protected by copyright. Any use, reproduction or distribution requires the prior written consent of PUPPIFY.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with PUPPIFY's current privacy policy.
9. Changes
PUPPIFY reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the relevant time is decisive.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted by law. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions is the seat of PUPPIFY, s.r.o. in Nitra, Slovak Republic, to the extent permitted by law.
