PUPPIFY is a selective ecosystem for matching families and puppies. It is not a public marketplace: access to available puppies is subject to application and verification.
Application and selection
Submitting an application does not constitute an obligation of acceptance. PUPPIFY reserves the right to select families based on its ethical and compatibility criteria.
Puppies
Each puppy is accompanied by a microchip, European passport, vaccinations, and health documentation compliant with Swiss and European regulations.
Prices and payments
Prices and payment methods are communicated personally during the approved matching phase. The adoption contract regulates all operational details.
Limitation of liability
PUPPIFY is not responsible for improper use of the site or for decisions made based on the informational content published. The content does not replace professional veterinary advice.
Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to disputes relating to PUPPIFY services. For the activities of the European operating company (PUPPIFY S.R.O.), Slovak law and European GDPR apply.
